If it doesn't work when you get in, make sure it is charged (there is a charger plugged in with a cable), then just switch it OFF and then ON and it might take some minutes to work.

First and foremost...

  • Check-in - Check out

    Check-in time: from 3pm.

    The check-in is with a code generator. Once you arrive, I will provide you with the code to get in. Once you are in, find the key and the electricity card on the table.

    For more information about the electrical system and parking, visit the questions below.


    Check Out: 10 am

    Leave the key inside the house on the table and just close the door behind you. 


    Store your luggage

    If you need to store your luggage in a safe place, in Via Mancini 22 you will find a self-storage facility called Stow your bags.

    3. Or else, you can find parking on the street. 

    White lines are free, blue lines are around €0.80 p/h or €2.90 per half a day (detailed pricing on the street signs)

  • Electical System

    Power in the House

    The power control panel is located on the left wall as you enter the main door.

    The sockets upstairs are controlled by the light switches located on top of the staircase. You will understand the mechanism immediately as soon as you try it out!



    In case of electricity disconnection:

    Go to Cortile Archirotti, the street parallel to Cortile Cafiero, on the Eco Hostel alley. It is the courtyard you see from the bathroom window. 

    Next to the bathroom window, on the outside, you find the electricity panel. Turn on the switch (the switch is ON when positioned upward). If this will not fix the problem, contact me.

APPLIANCES & INFO

Information about  the appliances of the house

Stove

The oven is electric but the cookers run on gas. If you run out of gas, let me know and I will send a new gas bottle immediately.


First-Aid kit

It's in the bathroom cabinet. Inside you will find band-aids, thermal blanket, pain-killers, etc.

For serious emergencies, call immediately 112


Trash

When you exit the house and you get into "Via Zurria", you'll find the rubbish bins in the first lane on the right


Hot Water

Behind the toilet curtain there is a water heater that is connected to a switch. Please keep the power button ON ( I ) to avoid not having hot water


TV & Netflix

The Smart TV is connected to a Netflix account. Feel free to use it!



Towels

We always provide fresh towels for you to use. We kindly ask you not to take them outside of the house, like on the beach, etc.


Iron and Hair Dryer

You can find the iron and the board in the shelf under the bathroom sink next to the washing machine

Drying rack and pegs

The clothing rack is behind the fridge, while the pegs are in the bathroom behind the curtain where you can find cleaning and laundry products and a hair dryer


Towels

We always provide fresh towels for you to use. We kindly ask you not to take them outside of the house, like on the beach, etc.
